Subscription Policy

By purchasing a “Subscribe and Save” subscription, you agree that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel. Your payment details will be stored securely and you’ll be charged for each of these deliveries.

We will deliver your chosen product every 14 or 30 days (depending on the product and frequency you select) until you cancel. 

Managing your subscription

You can pause orders, skip orders or cancel your subscription at any time through your online account. Please use the email address used to place your order to log in — a one-time code will be sent to your email.

If you cancel from within your account, your subscription will terminate on the day and time that you cancel.

If you cancel by emailing us at hello@himmense.com, your subscription will terminate on the day you email us, provided you cancel by 6am UK time on a working day. If you email after 6am UK time or on a non-working day, it will terminate on the following working day.

Important timing

Subscription orders must be cancelled, paused or skipped before midnight (UK time) on the day before your order is due to be processed.

If you cancel before that cut-off, you will not be charged or sent your next order. If you cancel after it, your next scheduled order will still be charged and dispatched, and no further orders will follow unless you restart your subscription.

These are two separate things: the 6am rule above determines the date your subscription ends, while the midnight cut-off determines whether your next order is dispatched. Cancelling from your account takes effect immediately, so we recommend it over email if your next order is due shortly.

We will send you an email confirming when you have created a subscription. Approximately three days before a subscription order is due to be processed and payment is taken, we will send you a “subscription will renew” reminder email. Both emails include a link to your account so you can manage the subscription.

You are responsible for ensuring you can receive emails from us. Please add hello@himmense.com as an approved sender so these emails do not land in your spam or junk folder. 

The above cancellation rights do not affect your statutory cooling-off rights.
