The quality of our product and the health & safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. Himmense products are an ingestible supplement and we cannot re-stock food products once they have left our control, unfortunately, that means we can’t accept returns, but if you’ve got a question, just ask.


We’re always looking to do better. So if you have a complaint, we’re all ears. 

Opening Hours

Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17:00 (excluding public holidays).


For UK orders, we use Royal Mail's 48-hour service or DPD for larger orders. Your order should arrive within 2-3 working days, but please let us know if it takes longer than that. Please note that orders placed after our 3pm cutoff will be processed for fulfillment the next working day. Additionally, if you place an order on a bank holiday when Royal Mail does not operate, it will be processed for fulfillment on the next working day. This may cause a delay in your delivery, so please keep that in mind when placing your order.

For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. If the shipping cost states unavailable, contact us here. We do not currently ship to the USA, Canada, Brazil and Japan. Please note, international shipments may be subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country.
