Being of an age where I've noticed a slow down and loss of energy I decided to give Boost a try. The original formula worked well and I certainly noticed an marked improvement (as did the wife!). When Himmense developed V2 they were good enough to keep the price the same for those that kept their subscription running during the change, had to order extra packs of the original to get through the gap. Now on the V2 and things are even better!! Have recommended to others who have mentioned a slowing down.
I am 70 years old and still working 10 hour shifts and cycle 8 miles to and from work. I am from the era that a man should work to support his family and I am still doing this. Like all people in this situation I feel the pressure and stress. Pardon my language feeling like shit worthless but just keep going. I have been using Himmense BOOST for 30 days and am feeling the improvement. My strava tells me that my moving time on the bike has improved by 30 minutes and I have energy on most days but still feel tired on some. Listen to your body I do extra training on the energy and use the feeling tired days as rest days. Thanks to the Himmense BOOST family.
I've been getting Himmense Surge for some time now, and it fits my routine perfectly. I have one first thing in the morning and another while I train. It delivers everything I need conveniently. Perfect.
Im 56 and have pretty much every symptom known to man with low testosterone, no energy, tired all the time (falling asleep every evening before seven) flaging by ten am, grumpy at night, putting on weight, starting to get man boobs, brain fog (bad) achy joints etc etc
My blood count was eight nmol and It was suggested that I may need HRT treatment if it was under eleven.
So i thought I'd try something more natural first without injecting for the rest of my life. I brought 3 months supply of Himmence boost after seeing it on social media and im so glad i did. Ive been on the boost for nearly two months, one pill a day, easy. The change in me has been really noticeable both to me and others. Im waking up more alert (tired but not knackered, I do get up before 5am), my brain fog has cleared ,alot. I dont ache no where near as much and I'm still awake at ten at night. I have energy spare to train a little and I'm in a much better mood/place mentally. Time will tell with the weight loss but the bloating has gone, so i look better and feel more comfortable and thats a blessing on it own.
Im well chuffed so far and looking forward to improving more. Let's hope it helps for the long term, time will tell
I was a bit hesitant about buying another so called testosterone booster after taking a number of other makes that didn’t work..
I had heard good things about Himmense and thought let’s give it a go, I bought 3 months supply, after the first month I actually did feel a difference, but thought it was just a fluke..
But then try the end of month 2, the difference in the way I feel, my strength increases, my sleep has been really noticeable..
I’m now just starting month 3, and looking forward to more improvements..
Been feeling more tired at the gym as I have recently passed turning 50. I was looking at what was out there naturally as allot of the older gym goers are now taking TRT or similar.i am already taking creatine but I felt I needed something else. I looked at Testofuel,Mars Men and Zapply. Himmense Boost had all the ingredients of the others plus more and was slightly cheaper and also a British company. First month I felt no real difference. Second month I definitely felt more energetic at the gym and I reckon I have put approx 5% onto my deadlift, squat and bench. A new phenomenon as I turned 50 of Brain fog also completely gone. The difference I feel is that you can just keep going.
After almost 2 months of taking Boost, I’ve noticed a real improvement in my energy and motivation levels.
Since starting to take Himmense I have gradually felt better and returned to my former self. It’s the small things that you notice as they come back better sleep, morning glory, alertness and get up and go! I was very sceptical when ordering but definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their zing back. I’ll be ordering the next batch this week as I’m 2 packs deep and feeling great!
Bought the 6 month subscription after a mate recommended it and I'm genuinely glad I did. Three months in and my lifts are going up, I'm actually looking forward to training again and the drive and motivation I'd been missing for years has come back.
The biggest gain for me as a 61 year old is the pain relief in my knees. Not sure what is affecting the usual pain, inflammation and swelling but honestly it’s working like nothing else has.
I’m also sleeping much better.
Made no change or provided no benefits at all… hence no re-order at high cost.
Thank you for the honest feedback — we genuinely appreciate it.
We've reviewed your account and can see you purchased a single trial pack of 30 capsules and didn't go on to order again. With that context, we're not surprised by this review — and we say that respectfully.
One pouch is simply not enough time to judge whether a natural testosterone supplement is working. It's the equivalent of going to the gym for a month and being frustrated you don't have a six pack.
BOOST works on your hormonal foundation. That takes time. For some men with a healthy baseline, shifts are noticeable early. For others — particularly those starting from a lower testosterone level — the compound effect builds over months, not weeks. Three to five months of daily, consistent use is where we consistently see our most meaningful results, and our reviews reflect that.
If you'd bought a three month supply and felt nothing, we'd be genuinely concerned. One month tells us very little.
We wish you well — and if you ever decide to give it a proper run, we'll be here.
Been on Boost a couple of months. Sleep good, feeling more balanced and more energy for training & work.
So after 2 months I believe I can feel a difference for the better.. I feel I’m sleeping better and I think the brain fog has lifted somewhat.. I have one more month’s worth to complete and I’m going to buy another 3 months worth as I believe the longer you take them the better things get.. and believe I personally have a little further to go. But definitely think they are doing there job, but it’s no quick fix
Feel like I have more energy, sex drive has improved and my muscles feel denser
We think you may have meant to give us 5 stars there... 👀 — but we'll let the results do the talking!
Better sleep, better erections, not much movement on muscle, bought it again to see.
Hi,
Thank you for coming back for a second pouch — that means a lot and we're really glad you did.
We want to be really positive about what you've shared here because you should be too. Better sleep and stronger erections after just one pouch are genuinely significant signs that your baseline testosterone is building. These aren't small things — they are direct indicators that the formula is working and your hormonal foundation is shifting in the right direction. Most men would be very encouraged by that at this stage.
Two pouches — roughly two months — is often not enough time to fully judge your progress. The compound effect of the ingredients continues to build the longer you stay consistent. Many of our subscribers report the most noticeable changes between months three and six.
On muscle — this is where we want to be straight with you. BOOST supports the hormonal environment that makes muscle growth possible, but the supplement alone won't build muscle. You need to pair it with heavy, regular lifting — compound movements like squats, deadlifts, bench press and rows — alongside sufficient protein intake and consistent training. Without that stimulus, the hormonal support has nothing to work with. Add those elements in and the muscle will follow.
Stay consistent, keep training hard, and we're confident the three star will become a five.

As an active man in his forties it is so important to have a supplement that has several benefits especially for joint health. My job is rather physical and I need to feel in good shape to get the best out of my day. Shift really helps my legs and hips take the strain of a long day at work.
